The National Conference Center has recently upgraded their guest response management system to Guestware V4 with Mototrbo radios. Guestware CRM Software allows every guest request to be quickly and accurately delivered to on-site staff in real-time. The tasks are monitored and when completed, messages are sent back to the Guestware dashboard. The National Conference Center is able to analyze the duration of time required to complete tasks and can then be used to evaluate staff performance and/or check for any trends in managing tasks.
