Good news: Millennials spend more per business trip than non-millennials.


Bad news: Millennials are not loyal to travel brands…yet.


There are many opportunities for cross-promotion of hotel rewards for both business and leisure travel for millennials. Hotels should start communicating and marketing to millennials now to capture that loyalty early on.
