Hotel guest satisfaction is at a record high

The J.D. Power 2015 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study was recently released and showed that overall guest satisfaction is at a record high. It also shows that the number of guests who experience problems during their stay has reduced significantly from the 2014 study.
