Online Training
GuestWare now offers two types of online training. Online Group Classes are instructor-taught classes that follow a set curriculum and include question/answer sessions and quizzes. These classes are regularly scheduled each month and may include other hotels. For a more personalized online training option we have 1-on-1 sessions available. The 1-on-1 sessions may follow a set agenda or can be personalized to fit your property's needs. See descriptions and registration information below:

Price: $100 per class
The following classes are scheduled at least once per month and may have participants from other brands or companies:
- Guest Recognition
- Rapid Response
- Incident Logging & Comment Cards
- Facilities (Work Order & PM Process)
- Reports & Graphs
- GuestWare Administrator
Each class will last between 1.5 to 3 hours and is taught by a live instructor. Each class contains interactive polling type questions throughout the class, then a graded quiz at the end of each class. Students have the opportunity to ask the instructor questions throughout each session.
