Fisher Plaza's 24 x 7 resources provide your business and its critical assets the best chance to survive and thrive in today's uncertain environment. This "belt and suspenders" approach combines redundancy with diversity in all systems, including the building structure, power, cooling, and connectivity.
The facility has a seismic rating equal to that of a new hospital or police station. In addition, it offers an electrical infrastructure that provides for every watt of power to be backed up by 18 megawatts of generating capacity - with enough fuel to run at full capacity for a minimum of three days, currently rated at 20 days.
Fisher Plaza is the only one of its kind in the region designed with water wells underneath the buildings to ensure efficient cooling of critical computer systems in the event of a water main break.
Fisher Plaza itself is protected every minute of the day every day of the year. The facility has a team of security specialists who monitor the facilities and garage with 24 x 7 visitor check-in and regular walking tours along with an advanced digital video system.
The building has elevator and building access controls and all data centers have company-assigned card key access requirements.

The facility has a variety of connectivity options available through on-site service providers including circuits from T-1 up to OC-N, Ethernet-based connectivity and dark fiber. Telecommunications carriers are provided access to four communications entry vaults and diverse and redundant pathways throughout the Plaza, allowing easy implementation for various needs.
